Title XV of the SacRT Administrative Code, Prohibition of Specified Acts Committed in or on SacRT Vehicles or Facilities (as amended or restated from time to time) provides a summary of certain acts that are prohibited on SacRT Vehicles or Facilities, as further set out in the relevant statutes and ordinance. The list below is a non-exhaustive summary of certain infractions punishable in the manner set forth in the code section or ordinance, as applicable.
Anyone arrested for specified crimes or cited on three separate occasions within a period of 60 consecutive days for infractions committed in or on an SacRT vehicle, bus stop or light rail station may face a ban of 30 days. Offenders can be banned for up to a year for more serious offenses.
Interfering with an operator of a transit vehicle, willfully disturbing others on or in a system facility or vehicle, and defacing SacRT property could all result in exclusion.
